Duties & Taxes

For Indian Customers products prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customer products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import taxes / duties. As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to.
Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/
courier agencies.

RETURN POLICY

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

  1. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product. All custom made and made to order products are non-returnable/exchangeable.
  2. In case of ordering of a wrong size, we can offer to alter it in India. However, to-and-fro shipping and custom duty charges will have to be borne by the customer.
  3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product on [email protected] about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order
  4. We may accept returns on our discretion for store credit only., The store credit must be redeemed by 31st December 2017. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
  5. Please send the product(s) back to our below mentioned address through courier.

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any
merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

  1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  2. Wait for receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
  3. Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your completed invoice.
  4. Please send the product(s) back to our below mentioned address through courier.
